• AI-assisted customer conversations via SMS, chat, and voice
• Lead capture and follow-up communication
• Appointment scheduling and reminders
• Customer inquiry management

These services are provided to small businesses and their customers in the ordinary course of business operations.

USE OF SERVICES

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the services for any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purpose
• Transmit any harassing, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services
• Use the services to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations

COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By providing your contact information, you expressly consent to receive communications from RealPartner, including phone calls, SMS/text messages, and emails, related to your inquiry or service. This may include automated or AI-generated messages.

• Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS communications.
• You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
• You may opt out of email communications by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, branding, software, and materials on our website and platform are the exclusive property of RealPartner or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

USER CONTENT

If you submit content to us (e.g., through forms or messages), you grant RealPartner a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not claim ownership of your content.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms (e.g., telephony providers, CRM tools, calendar applications). • Any results obtained through the services will be accurate or reliable
• Defects in the services will be corrected

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RealPartner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to RealPartner in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RealPartner and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the services immediately ceases.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Comal County, Texas.
